At Woodland Pointe Residences, your four-legged family members are welcome home too. Fetch, play, and roam at our on-site bark park and pet play area, with wooded surroundings and plenty of open space just minutes from Nashville.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
